By accessing or using Voz AI's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Voz AI provides an automated guest lifecycle management platform specifically designed for the hospitality sector.
Voz AI aims for a 99.9% uptime SLA for its core voice and dashboard services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Voz AI is not liable for downtimes originating from third-party integrations, such as underlying telecommunication networks or external POS/Reservation systems.
You retain full ownership of all your guest data (the “Customer Data”). Voz AI acts strictly as a data processor. We do not sell, rent, or lease your guest data to third parties. Our AI models may use anonymized, aggregated interaction data strictly to improve our natural language processing capabilities.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected upon sign-up. Usage fees (e.g., call minutes, SMS messages) are metered and billed in arrears. Failure to pay within the designated grace period (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual) will result in automated service suspension.
Voz AI utilizes a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) telephony architecture where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local telecommunication regulations, including A2P 10DLC registration, GDPR, and TCPA regulations regarding automated outreach.
