1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Voz AI's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Voz AI provides an automated guest lifecycle management platform and AI phone agent designed for the hospitality sector.

2. Integration Authorizations (POS & CRM)

By connecting Voz AI to third-party services (such as Clover, Square, OpenTable, or SevenRooms) via API or OAuth, you grant Voz AI the permission to interact with these systems on your behalf. You understand that Voz AI creates and alters data (such as placing orders or creating reservations) within these platforms according to the permissions granted by you during the authentication process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect these systems.

3. Data Usage & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all your guest data (the “Customer Data”). Voz AI acts strictly as a data processor. We do not sell, rent, or lease your guest data to third parties. Our AI models may use anonymized, aggregated interaction data strictly to improve our natural language processing capabilities.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected upon sign-up via Stripe. Software and AI usage fees (e.g., call minutes, SMS messages) are metered and billed in arrears. Failure to pay within the designated grace period will result in automated service suspension. Billing is independent of third-party platforms (such as the Clover App Market).

5. Limitation of Liability

Voz AI utilizes automated artificial intelligence to handle customer requests. While we strive for accuracy, Voz AI is not liable for misunderstandings, mis-priced orders, or missed reservations caused by human caller error, POS API outages, or conversational misunderstandings. Restaurants are responsible for reviewing incoming orders.
